We are a general commercial cleaning company, and we clean the non-clinical areas of a practice only. We do not clean treatment rooms, clinical surfaces or medical equipment, we do not carry out disinfection, sterilisation or any other medical grade cleaning, and we do not handle clinical waste or sharps. Those jobs need a specialist medical cleaning contractor with infection control training, and your licensed waste contractor for waste.
We do not take hospital contracts.
Every quote is in writing with VAT included, so the invoice matches the quote. Regular cleaning can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. If you give us keys we hold them securely, so we can clean before you open or after you close.

No. We clean non-clinical areas only. Treatment rooms, clinical surfaces and medical equipment need specialist medical cleaning, which we do not provide.
No. Clinical waste and sharps must be handled by your licensed waste contractor. Our team does not touch them.
The days and times are agreed with your practice manager at the site visit. If you give us keys we hold them securely, so the team can clean when the practice is closed.
Garda vetting is provided when a site needs it. Tell us at the site visit and we plan the team around it.
