Attention to detail and respect for the privacy of customers and their homes are particular hallmarks of the ´Perfect Clean´. If you would like ´Perfect Clean´ to hold your house key, we will undertake to provide absolute security. It will be sorted and handled with the most care and control at all times.
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Housework” describes ´Perfect Clean´ cleaning services.
- “Housework Regular Customer” means a Housework customer who has booked a minimum of three cleans.
- “Housework One-Off Customer” means a Housework customer who has booked one or two cleans.
- “Booking” means the use of one of our services on one particular occasion.
By ordering ´Perfect Clean´ cleaning services by telephone, e-mail or web site the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of ´Perfect Clean´.
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are subject to change and existing regular customers will be given 30 days notice of any price changes.
The price at which work has been assessed does not include anything apart from our standard cleaning specifications.
Each quotation is valid for up to 90 days.
Any job would be a minimum of 75€ charge Including VAT.
Housework Regular Clean and Housework One-Off Clean customers may pay by cash, standing order or cheque (made payable to ´Perfect Clean´) upon the completion of work unless other arrangements have been made with ´Perfect Clean´.
The client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.
No cleaning work will be undertaken unless the client settles all the outstanding balances.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION / NON ATTENDANCE
Housework Clean Cancellation
The client may cancel a single cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice in advance. The client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the client cancels or changes the day/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
If the ´Perfect Clean´ team is unable to gain access to the property, as a result of customer failure to make reasonable arrangements for access, ´Perfect Clean´ will charge the full cancellation fee.
´Perfect Clean´ will not be liable for any delay to or cancellation of the services caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to fire, flood, strike, exceptional traffic circumstances, lack of adequate power or breakage or failure of machinery or apparatus). In such circumstances ´Perfect Clean´ will use its best endeavours to arrange an alternative time suitable to both parties for the performance of its service.
Where ´Perfect Clean´ fails to carry out an agreed service due to circumstances within our control, our liability shall be limited to providing the agreed service at no additional charge at a mutually convenient alternative time and in no event shall ´Perfect Clean´ be liable for any other losses including loss of profit or consequential loss.
The domestic sector client has the right to terminate the whole service by giving two weeks advance notice.
The office sector client has the right to terminate the whole service by giving four weeks advance notice.
EMPLOYEE AND HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS
´Perfect Clean´ is an Equal Opportunities Employer. We recruit our employees on the basis of their ability to do the job and aim to ensure that all employees are treated equally regardless of ethnic origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, nationality, sexual orientation or disability.
´Perfect Clean´ will provide a replacement if the regular cleaner is sick or unavailable.
The client is not allowed to employ any ´Perfect Clean´ cleaners for at least 6 months after the termination of services by ´Perfect Clean´.
In order to protect our employees, they are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe, dangerous to health, or inoperable for any reason, but are instructed to withdraw from the premises and to report the problem. In this event the customer will be charged 100% of the cost of the Booking.
Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude ´Perfect Clean´ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
USE OF CUSTOMER’S EQUIPMENT
Our staff are strictly instructed not to use any of your personal equipment while in your home unless other arrangements have been made with ´Perfect Clean´.
Where the client is responsible for providing cleaning materials and equipment ´Perfect Clean´ reserves the right not to be responsible for a cleaning job not completed due to the lack of appropriate cleaning materials or equipment (especially vacuum cleaners and irons) in full working order, hot water or power.
´Perfect Clean´ reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate cleaning materials provided by the client.
´Perfect Clean´ undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all times. In the unlikely event of any keys being lost by ´Perfect Clean´ we will make appropriate arrangements as soon as reasonably possible & will reimburse all costs of changing locks from an invoice provided. ´Perfect Clean´ shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a delay caused by you.
In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have received from ´Perfect Clean´ team you should contact the ´Perfect Clean´ within 24 hours and will re-do the work again within 48 hours.
” Cleaning surfaces” includes dusting, wiping washing surfaces using our “Perfect Clean Products” Only.
Our equipment does not include white spirit or scrubber. The decision to use it on the customer request has to be made by the management.
Any damage using the customer`s product or equipment Perfect Clean will not be responsible for. (See above)
Please note that any complaints regarding to removing paint, glue, marking tape, silicon, etc… is not under our regular agreement. Any special request regarding to this matter has to be mentioned to one of our sales manager at the property, and agreeing in the quotation including it in the list of ” things to do “.
All damages, breakage or theft must be reported within 24 hours of our service date, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
In the event of damage or loss as a result of negligence, the liability of ´Perfect Clean´ shall be limited to repair or the replacement cost of the item, taking into account its age and condition. ´Perfect Clean´ shall not in any event be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss.
The client accepts and understands that if something is damaged, broken or stolen and cannot be replaced with a new one, the client will be credited with the cash value of the items. That includes, for example: items of sentimental value, art, antiques, etc.
Any claim for compensation must be notified to the Management as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of the damage occurring.
USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Working with ´Perfect Clean´ is based on trust. Both the client and ´Perfect Clean´ are obligated not to disclose any confidential information about each other to a third part.
I have received a copy of these Terms and Conditions which I have read and understood. I agree that these Terms and Conditions form the basis of my contract with ´Perfect Clean´.
